Farm & Farmers Markets
CIFT's experience as food safety educators and consultants for fresh produce has included extensive work with farm markets and farmers' markets. We continue to provide educational and consulting services to growers through the Ohio and Indiana Risk Management Initiative and the Kentucky Risk Management Initiative programs. We encourage you to contact us and determine if we can provide you with the assistance you need.

CIFT also provides consultation services for fresh produce and specialty crop growers. With over six years of experience in Ohio and Indiana we have worked with a wide variety of fresh produce growers to help them understand their food safety and security issues.
