As a part of the Ohio and Indiana Specialty Crop Risk Management Initiative, CIFT, in partnership with Mid American Ag & Hort Services (MAAHS), has worked with countless growers in both Ohio and Indiana to assess their food safety issues and provide guidance on addressing those issues, to help with the development of personalized food safety programs, and to perform mock audits for those who needed to prepare for third party food safety audits.
